I know it's been quite some time since I've updated, but I have good news! The first unedited half of Melaney and The Mirror is now available on Authonomy! It's got a long way to go, but I think the story is moving along quite nicely. :) Also, check out some updates on my website, you can now view some of the chapter and intermission pictures for the book (done by yours truly).
As for My Last Notes, there is a brand new extended trailer (also on my website) that I promise is way better than the first. I'm hoping I won't be late in that June first deadline, even though it's a few days away, my husband decided to clean one day and lost my USB drive with all of my edits on it. So, needless to say, I'm a bit on the unmotivated side when it comes to that right now.
Also, Authonomy ended up changing the ranking system on me during a break I took, so I am having to restart at the bottom and hope to rise up once again! I'm already in the 1200's out of thousands more in the slush pile. I'll update soon on the new release date for the final manuscript of My Last Notes.
